Welcome and thank you for taking time to learn more about Pirate Air.
Pirate Air welcomes everyone promoting and/or pursuing a career in Aviation. Pirate Air was created to allow pilots, A&P mechanics and air traffic controllers to receive further learning and training through aviation events, flight safety classes and education. Our goal is to help promote and keep Aviation alive.
The current members are actively creating fundraisers in order to build the required funds for scholarships and to attend Aviation events. Pirate Air is also actively looking for members to join in order to grow and become a national chapter known throughout the Aviation community.
Pirate Air is hoping to receive donations and/or sponsors in order to launch itself and help those 18 years of age and older to achieve their dreams in Aviation. Pirate Air does wear flight suits and Pirate Air attire which has the capability of having a sponsor’s logo placed on them such as race car drivers do.
Currently, Pirate Air is in the process of incorporating and receiving its own 501c3 allowing all donations to be tax-deductible. While Pirate Air is in processes of a 501c3, we do accept donations as gifts towards Pirate Air or as payment for services rendered such as hanger clean ups. Pirate Air does have a Pledge form so that donation letters and thank you letters will be returned, as well as the appropriate information needed to allow the donation to be filed as a tax deduction once we become established. |
